Delivery Coordinators have passion for helping customers, calls customers to confirm their delivery date, time frame and contents of upcoming furniture deliveries. A Delivery Coordinator must ensure that all of the information in the customer's account is accurate and up-to-date, as well as confirming that the customers will be home during their scheduled delivery time. The Delivery Coordinator must have solid lines of communication between the customer service department, delivery department management, drive teams, and operations associates to ensure that all product is moved and routed accordingly, and that all product arrives at its final destination seamlessly. The Delivery Coordinator must demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude, and continue that same professionalism, confidence, and positive energy when working with our customers.

Scheduled Needed: 3pm- 8pm - Days of the week to be determined


  • Schedule & confirm customer deliveries.
  • Coordinate & communicate with delivery drive teams.
  • Resolve customer service delivery issues.
  • Communicate delivery concerns with customer delivery manager.
  • Liaison between customers and delivery drive teams.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.


  • Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in PC-based applications.
  • Customer service skills including listening, attention to detail and professional verbal and written skills.
  • Prior call center experience and dispatcher experience is preferable, but not necessary.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
