Ecommerce Customer Care Representative
NY - Liverpool

Job Description
Raymour & Flanigan is currently seeking a full time Ecommerce Customer Care Representative to join our successful web store team. This opportunity offers 40 hours per week and is based in Liverpool, NY at our Field Support Center. Our most successful Ecommerce Customer Care associates have experience with customer service and sales, and possess excellent phone, email and typing skills. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated customer service and sales focused individual with excellent time management skills in a fast paced environment.

Expectations:
* Consistently provide genuine, friendly, personable and professional service.
* Prepare orders accurately and efficiently with attention to detail, and document action steps taken in appropriate computer systems.
* Confirm order details, communicate information to customers, and offer coordinating products and services.
* Go above and beyond advocating for every customer concern and request.
* Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced service environment.
* Effective written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
* Stay up to date on company products, features, and programs as well as industry trends.
* Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
Qualifications:
* 1-2 years proven customer service experience in a retail setting preferred.
* 1+ year's proven sales experience.
* High School diploma or equivalent required, two year college degree preferred.
* Proficient computer and typing skills and able to learn proprietary P.O.S. program.
* Excellent phone etiquette, spelling and grammar
* Ability to build strong, positive working relationships
* Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights and weekends.
* Bilingual - Spanish - a plus!

Additional Information:
* Office operates Monday - Saturday 7:30 am - 9:00 pm, Sunday 9 am - 9:00 pm
* Shifts vary
* Full time applicants must have the ability to work 40 hours per week; retail schedule.
