Job Description
Raymour & Flanigan is currently seeking a full time Ecommerce Customer Care Representative to join our successful web store team. This opportunity offers 40 hours per week and is based in Liverpool, NY at our Field Support Center. Our most successful Ecommerce Customer Care associates have extensive experience in customer service and sales and possess excellent phone, email, and typing skills. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated customer service and sales focused individual, with excellent time management skills, in a fast paced environment.


* Consistently provide genuine, friendly, and professional service

* Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills in person and on the phone
* Demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team

* Have a customer focused mind set
* Advocate for every customer concern and request

* Proactively resolve escalated customer issues
* Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced customer care environment
* Confirm customer order details, communicate information to customers, and offer associated products and services

* Complete reports and other tasks/assignments as required
* Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management



* Customer service experience in a retail setting preferred

* Strong computer skills

* Two year college degree preferred

* Previous supervisory experience a plus
* Excellent time management

* Ability to multi-task

* Exceptional phone etiquette, spelling, and grammar
* Proficient computer, typing skills, and ability to learn proprietary P.O.S. program

* Microsoft Office proficiency is preferred
* Ability to build strong, positive working relationships

* Experience in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights and weekends

* Prior call center experience is advantageous
* Bilingual - Spanish - a plus

Additional Information:
* Office operates Monday - Saturday 7:30 am - 9:00 pm, Sunday 9 am - 9:00 pm
* Shifts vary
* Full time applicants must have the ability to work 40 hours per week; retail schedule.
