Job Description

Raymour & Flanigan, the premier furniture retailer in the Northeast, is currently seeking an entry level Logistics associate that can join our team and work to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. The position reports to the Global Logistics Manager and is ideal for a career minded individual with relevant experience and a four year college degree.

Expectations and Job Functions:

  • Support the Logistics team through a variety of daily and weekly tasks including, manifest inbound freight appointments, steamship arrival notice coordination, and assist with appointment scheduling.
  • Work closely with the distribution department, as well as with the supply chain and merchandising teams, to ensure seamless flow of merchandise throughout the supply chain.

  • Must thrive in a fast paced, demand orientated business with frequent and rapid priority changes.
  • A self-starter who identifies opportunities for improvement and acts upon them.
  • Detail oriented.
  • A good attitude and the energy to match.
