As a Regional Operations/Customer Care Recruiter, you will support our growth by networking, sourcing, selecting and hiring operations/customer care associates and management professionals for our Customer Service Centers and showrooms. Regional Operations Recruiter

Must be able to travel in Upstate NY areas, including Albany, Buffalo, Syracuse, and Rochester. (This is not a contract recruiter position)


  • Create and manage sourcing strategies.
  • Meet or exceed recruiting goals.
  • Develop recruitment strategies that will produce qualified candidates.
  • Lead and manage transition of applicants through sourcing, onboarding, drug/background checks and orientation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with the Regional Directors of Operation and Directors of Customer Care in our warehouses, peer recruiters and leaders for operations and customer care in our showrooms.
  • Manage resources in a cost effective manner.
  • Work in a fast paced environment, proactively determine recruitment priorities and function independently.
  • Develop professional relationships with prospective candidates.
  • Utilization of internal applicant tracking system. ADP Recruitment Management system, preferred.
  • Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.


  • Demonstrated success in high volume markets.
  • Experience with a wide variety of sourcing methods.
  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel required within a 60 mile radius for field recruitment and interviews.
  • Three year minimum recruiting experience for a company with over 3,000 employees.
  • Three year minimum experience as a full cycle recruiter.
  • Have diverse knowledge and experience applying recruitment practices via social media networking and resources.
  • Strong field recruitment experience.
  • Ability to travel.
